Touching the sky

A proposal by Regina Saura and Rita Roqueta

Espiral Tocando el Cielo

The transparencies and depth created by Regina Saura's pictorial work takes you into an infinite spiral space that accompanies you to touch the sky. We live a transformation that takes us from darkness and loss of instincts to peace and origin.

What do we want it to be?

As a result of researching the effects of light and transparencies with Japanese paper (Reemay), I started to play with screen printing on this material. This is where the idea of an installation came from.

These pieces are an invitation to explore traditional exhibition formats to transform them and bring them to a three-dimensional object, generating spaces full of papers, like a rain of color, where movement and light create an ethereal atmosphere. The visitor participates without realizing it because just their breath or their own passage through the space generates currents of air that make a sensitive material come to life.

Spiral for children | Touching the sky

A space is set aside for children where they will make their own spiral.

They will be able to interact by creating an image related to nature issues and thus become aware in a didactic way.

This spiral for children will have a certain height to accommodate different ages.
